Recovery from the Ugly

Hello World,

I'd like to talk about Recovery. Now I know your like "recover from what?" We'll recovering in life after failure, tragedy or defeat. Some of us aren't as strong as we pretend to be, am I right? We build barriers that even we are scared to tear down because of past experiences. When it comes to recovering, it's something that has to be wanted 100% because it's going to require 100% of effort and dedication.

Failure is disappointing rather it's for the first or even the 100th time. If you allow your mind to become wrapped up in failure you'll become exactly what you're fearing. You must accept failure head on and understand the possibility of prevailing is as great as it is failing. When fear and doubt cloud your mind you hold yourself back unconscious and consciously as a coping mechanism especially because you obviously don't handle failure well.

Tragedy is hard for everyone so believe me you're not the only whose lost someone they hold dear or experienced an event that's unbearable. Considering life goes on you have to learn how to fuel your own drive from your misfortunes. Don't allow them to take who you are. Don't allow them to take you way down under when you can use them to lift you all the way up. To allow the mind to dwell in unhealthy thoughts, you give them power to manifest into your life. Keep positive energy flowing and learn the art of taking a negative and making it positive, simply with your thought process.

Defeat has happened to each of us once in our lives. We've all had a time were we felt like nothing could change nor help us or the situation at hand. Although we know emotions run wildly in the moment but the feeling sticks it out and it can overwhelm you. You start to be extremely hard on yourself when you should be the kindest knowing you're the only one who knows what you endure first hand.

Recovery is needed from these life experiences to help you understand your purpose in life. You must handle each with a clear mind and strive to achieve a representative of the events. When you fail to recover properly you find yourself running into dead ends, making countless mistakes, mistreating individuals, losing opportunities etc... You're whole aura is thrown off and your emotional imbalances form into physical deprivation. The best person to listen to how you feel is yourself, like honestly! If you can't even express or explain yourself out loud to yourself, how sure are you that you can get someone else to understand what you don't even know yourself? When you figure that out let me know, I'm curious!

Don't be afraid to embrace yourself wholeheartedly. Practice the love you want to receive on yourself. Learn to express yourself through effective communication techniques. Allow yourself to feel things thoroughly don't renege. When recovering from the events as I've mentioned you will find a lot of things about yourself let alone others that you don't like. Take heed and time to rebuild, reinvent and restore. Make amends as well as release dead weight. Don't be afraid to be you all the way through and never pretend.

Take your first step today!
