A bounded mind!

Hello World,

I'd like to address the issue of mental captivity.
Many of us are bounded in our mind and it puts a strain on overall growth in life.
Majority of us have not even realized the things that are constantly holding us back. Often we find ourselves in the same reoccurring situations not once taking time to understand the problem at hand. Each occurrence no matter the direction, you play apart in the faults you see surface. Take accountability for your actions, because life is only 10% of what happens to you and 90% of how you react to it.

Dwelling in the past will only leave you stuck in the present. Free your mind and you'll free yourself from more than you ever imagine. Understand that you were raised by someone else ethic and acceptable behavior but once you reach 18 your free to accumulate and accommodate for yourself. Honestly you literally have to analyze your childhood for a progressive adulthood, because your childhood experiences equates for adulthood decisions. It's an extensive process but its healthy to not only your growth but your mind.

Everyone knows how draining it is to try and work with a cluttered mind, so don't until you receive clarity. I say that because you'll try to find solutions to problems that ain't there only to leave your more hindered than when you started. Your truth is your own so remember that if you ever decide to tell it. Be fierce, be bold, and hold onto yourself. Never allow yourself to lose yourself. Accept yourself, the good, bad and the ugly. Involve you to evolve you and understand that you create your reality. So thoughtfully only engage yourself in thoughts that'll strengthen you just as you would physically.
