It all begins with YOU. It all ends with YOU.

When you move. Where you go. When you start or stop, all depends on you.

When you realize that you control you and that outside factors only affect you as much you allow them. Only then will you gain insight that will be powerful for years to come.

Take accountability for your outcomes. Take responsibility for your actions. Understand your own reasoning. Comprehend your own feelings. Resonate in a positive regard.

When it comes to life there will be times that you may fall short or at least feel that way. IT'S OKAY, re-evaluate the situation, find a solution and move on. If the situation occurs again handle it.

YOU ARE IN CONTROL!

How you perceive things, how you respond, how you move, etc.. You control these things, NOBODY BUT YOU! When people come up against you it's up to YOU to hold your own. You don't have to conform to their will. Stand your ground and own what you say.

Don't hold yourself back! You are the only person who can actually do that. Evaluate your excuses and you'll see how it all falls on you. You are the one that held you down, it wasn't no one else but you. You allowed your doubts and fears to consume you. You let the negativity and criticism of others become your opinions and barriers. You should never allow the outcomes of others be your own. Don't base your experience off someone else, go and gain your own. Their ending circumstance won't be yours.

The only time you should lose yourself is when your improving your for a better you. Don't lose your own and never be afraid to speak clarity. Only you can do what you want to do. Only you can think like you. Only you know what you can do. Only you can control you. You don't need the opinion of others, maybe their help but not the opinion.

Don't delay yourself by waiting on someone else, just do it! Go for it! Aim for the stars! If you want to get anywhere in life YOU have to make the necessary moves to get there. What you do today affects your tomorrow. What you do this year affects the year to come. So think wisely and move smart.
